Position Overview:

We are seeking a driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sports and ideally possess a background in sales, business development, and relationship management. This individual will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, fostering strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth.

Required Experience: Relevant Industry Experience of 1+ Years


Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the sports industry.
Implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sports organizations and industry influencers.
Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet the unique needs of clients and drive value.
Stay current on industry trends, competitive dynamics, and market opportunities to inform business development strategies.
Prepare and deliver compelling demos, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure mutually beneficial partnerships.


BA/BS Degree or equivalent work experience.
A track record of success in sales and business development with at least 1 year of relevant experience is preferred but not essential.
Knowledge of the sports industry, including trends, players, and key stakeholders.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Excellent networking abilities with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel as needed.
