Full Desk Recruiter (Fully Remote – Commission Based)


Source new clients and businesses, evaluate talent, and provide staffing services
Search, source, and screen potential candidates for the roles available within the company
Negotiate placements and uncover and resolve recruitment-related issues quickly and efficiently
Regularly maintain and manage your portfolio of candidates and clients and prepare résumés for associates
Manage process from interview through offer stage
Design interview questions and perform screening (phone, and video-conferencing) on prospective hires.
Track recruitment KPIs such as the source of hire and time-to-hire
Ensure communication with candidates is quick and professional at all stages from the moment they submit their applications until the moment they are hired, rejected, or withdraw their applications
Preparing resumes for associates
Documenting communications and interactions with candidates in the ATS
Ability to multitask and work on several open positions


Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field preferred
Accustomed to being on the phone and scheduling appointments
At least 3 years’ inside sales or staffing experience (both ideally)
Consultative Sales skills with history of follow-up
Excellent verbal and written communication
Motivated, Collaborative, Personable, Detail oriented
