Job Description:

Technical Project Manager Duration: Long Term Work Profile: Full Time, Office Based (Trichy)

Required Experience:

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage project plans, communication, resource plans, and processes.
Analyze all management and technical processes to ensure project delivery meets expectations.
Meet regularly with project stakeholders and define project goals and objectives.
Lead budget and resource allocation throughout all project phases.
Schedule project timelines and map out technology needs.
Make accurate budget and schedule estimates.
Generate regular reports to update stakeholders and manage projects effectively.
Establish and train teams on processes and strategies.
Oversee day-to-day technical operations, including assigning tasks and conducting personnel reviews.
Define clear roles, responsibilities, and deliverables for the team.
Research and evaluate technologies to make cost-benefit decisions.
Update and maintain hardware and software systems as needed.
